Terms and Conditions

§1 Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is individual lessons, fixed group lessons, puppy groups, puppy seminars, courses, seminars, activities, workshops and events for dogs and owners. A guarantee of success cannot be given, as success depends largely on the cooperation and implementation by the participant.

§2 Participation requirements
Only dogs that have basic immunization (appropriate for puppies, i.e. after one or two vaccinations depending on their origin) can take part in the group lessons, courses and individual lessons of the Augsburg dog trainer - StrehDog dog school. The presentation of the vaccination certificate may be required as proof.
Valid dog liability insurance must be taken out for each participating dog. The insurance policy must be presented if required. If the dog is not insured, the dog owner / customer is liable for any damage that occurs.
Reading and signing the rules of the area (if necessary) is a prerequisite and condition for participation in the course.
The dog and owner are admitted to a group lesson after consultation with the trainer of the Augsburg dog trainer - StrehDog dog school. The Augsburg dog trainer - StrehDog dog school reserves the right to reject participants or dogs without giving reasons.

§3 Exclusion from participation
Sick dogs and bitches in heat are excluded from participation in group lessons - unless agreed - and are not allowed to enter the training area.
The customer assures that the dog does not have any contagious diseases.
Symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting or coughing, as well as purulent sinus or eye inflammation must be reported to the trainer. This of course also includes an infestation of ecto- or endoparasites. In case of doubt, the trainer is entitled to exclude the dog from the lesson in order to protect the other animals in the group from infection and to prevent contamination (e.g. through feces or vomit) of the training area.
Chronic illnesses of the dog must be reported to the trainer before the start of training. The customer is also obliged to inform the trainer about behavioral abnormalities, excessive aggressiveness or fearfulness of his dog before the first lesson begins.
The course trainer is entitled to assign the customer to a new group if individual dogs are not compatible with each other.
Course lessons that are missed due to illness of the dog or owner cannot be made up. If the dog is ill, the customer is free to attend the lessons without the dog.
The exception is if bitches are in heat during the course period. The dog-owner team is eliminated from the course and can - without paying the course fee again - join another course at a later date after consultation with Mr. Dominik Strehle.

§4 Contract/Registration
Registration can be made in person, by post, by phone or email.
By signing the registration form, the customer confirms that he has read the general terms and conditions, which are accepted with the signed registration. The registration is therefore binding.

§5 Payment conditions
When registering for courses, seminars, activities, workshops and events, payment of the fee is due. All fees can be viewed on the registration form. Payment must be made immediately or no later than four weeks before the start of the event/service without deductions. This is done in cash or by bank transfer (account details will then be provided).
Courses or individual lessons cannot be offset against other individual lessons or courses. If a course is not completed - for whatever reason - the course fee will not be refunded, even in part (except if the bitch is in heat).
Individual lessons last - unless otherwise agreed - 60 minutes. Delays by the customer are at the customer's expense and do not entitle the customer to a reduction in the fee. The lesson time also includes subsequent consultations and, if applicable, payment for the lesson.

§6 Withdrawal by the participant from courses, seminars, activities, workshops and events
Withdrawal must be made in writing. Failure to attend the service does not count as withdrawal.
If you withdraw before the start of the event and service, the Augsburg dog trainer - StrehDog dog school can demand the following cancellation costs without further proof:
